  • Unopened Products: The product must be returned in its original, unopened packaging. The seal should not be broken.
  • During Delivery: The return must be made at the time of delivery from the courier company. Once the delivery personnel have left the customer’s premises, we will not accept any returns.

Non-Acceptable Returns

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Opened Products: If the product’s packaging has been opened or the seal has been broken, the return will not be accepted.
  • Post-Delivery Returns: Once the delivery person has departed from your location, we will not accept any returns.
  • Change of Mind: Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as a change of mind.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges for the return. These charges will not be refunded.
